- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1/2 large head cabbage, chopped
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 pound smoked kielbasa
Instructions
- Grease a slow cooker with the ghee. Place chopped cabbage in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mustard powder.
- Pour the broth and vinegar over the cabbage. Arrange the kielbasa on top and cover the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, until the cabbage is tender. Remove the sausage and cut it into chunks before serving.
