Keto Everything Bagels

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (from Trader Joe's)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Melt cream cheese and mozzarella in microwave.  Add eggs and almond flour, mix together.
  3. Divide dough into 4-6 pieces.  Using your hands (wet with cold water), form dough into bagel shapes and place on parchment lined baking sheet.  Sprinkle seasoning on top of bagels.
  4. Bake for 16-18 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Enjoy immediately or store in airtight container in refrigerator.
