- 2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/4 c avocado oil
- 1 T dill
- 1 T parsley
- 1 T onion powder
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 t salt
Instructions
- In small bowl, combine avocado oil, dill, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Place chicken in large Ziploc bag. Add oil/seasonings mixture. Seal bag and shake to coat well.
- Marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight
- Heat the grill to medium high. Grill the chicken for 5 minutes, flip and grill for an additional 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160.
- Serve with your favorite vegetable side dishes.
