Some of my favorite things about summer include sunshine and long days, eating outside, ice cream, barbecues, pool time...and did I mention ice cream?!

That's why I've rounded up a whole bunch of healthy summer dessert recipes. There is no reason to feel disappointed or deprived when there are so many delicious, healthy options out there. And I'm not just talking about grabbing a handful of berries for dessert - though those are a great option too!

A couple of the recipes do use honey or heavy cream, so feel free to swap those out for something from the Fat Burning Foods list (ie: monk fruit sweetener instead of honey). But they looked so good I just had to include them! Most of the recipes include only Fat Burning Foods without any swaps necessary.
