Fat Burning Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless loin pork chops thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon granulated monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion or yellow onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except pork chops, in blender or food processor.  Pulse until partially liquefied to form marinade.
  2. Place pork chops in Ziplock bag or bowl and add marinade.  Coat evenly and marinate in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight.
  3. About half an hour before cooking, remove pork chops from refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature.
  4. Grill on medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 45 degrees.
  5. Remove from grill, cover, and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with salad or your favorite vegetable side dish.
