- 2 lbs boneless loin pork chops thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon granulated monk fruit sweetener
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sweet onion or yellow onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 Tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except pork chops, in blender or food processor. Pulse until partially liquefied to form marinade.
- Place pork chops in Ziplock bag or bowl and add marinade. Coat evenly and marinate in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight.
- About half an hour before cooking, remove pork chops from refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature.
- Grill on medium-high heat for 5-10 minutes or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 45 degrees.
- Remove from grill, cover, and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with salad or your favorite vegetable side dish.
