  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons Chinese five-spice powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup coconut aminos
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes, plus more for garnish
  • 3 green onions, sliced on a bias, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
