- 2 tablespoons ghee, melted
- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Primal Kitchen mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- Pinch garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 F. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with the ghee.

- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, dill, and garlic powder.
- Slather the mayonnaise sauce on top of both salmon fillets so that it fully covers the tops.
- Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, depending on how you like your salmon - 7 minutes for medium-rare and 9 minutes for well-done - and serve.
