Ingredients

- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 lb boiled or roasted chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Ingredients for the Dressing
- 1 cup avocado oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup Primal Kitchen mayo
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, arrange romaine lettuce, chicken slices and cherry tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
- Pour dressing evenly over salad, and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
