Description
This healthy burrito bowl is sure to be a filling fat burning meal!
- 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled (See lime chicken recipe here)
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 2 oz black, or kidney beans
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Jalapeno pepper, sliced and grilled
- 1 avocado chopped
- 1 Lime quartered
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Add all ingredients to a salad bowl and top with sliced grilled chicken. Can add your favorite salad dressing or salsa for added flavor.
