Description

This healthy burrito bowl is sure to be a filling fat burning meal!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled (See lime chicken recipe here)
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 2 oz black, or kidney beans
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper, sliced and grilled
  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 1 Lime quartered
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a salad bowl and top with sliced grilled chicken. Can add your favorite salad dressing or salsa for added flavor.
