- 2 tablespoons ghee, divided
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf italian parsley
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Coat baking dish with ghee.
- Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and place in the prepared baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Top with fresh parsley, drizzle with avocado oil, and top each with ½ tablespoon of ghee.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken on two plates, spoon the buttery juices over the meat, and serve hot.
