Buffalo Chicken Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lb cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 1 tablespoon ground hot paprika
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (I use Frank’s), can adjust to taste
  • 1 large sweet potato, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup coconut cream, unsweetened
