Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups broccoli and/or cauliflower florets, raw
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 c red onion, chopped
- 1/2 C avocado oil mayo
- 1/4 C dairy free sour cream
- 2 T granulated sugar free sweetener (I like monkfruit)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon and red onion in large bowl.
- For dressing, in small bowl, combine avocado oil mayo, dairy free sour cream and granulated sugar free sweetener. Mix well.
- Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
- Serve and enjoy!
