- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
- Salt and ground pepper, to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
Instructions
- Grease the interior of 4-quart Slow Cooker with avocado oil.
- Add the beef strips and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine all remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture over the beef and cover.
- Cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
- Add broccoli florets. Cover and cook for on LOW for a further 2 hours or until broccoli is tender.
- Serve hot.
