Grilled Ranch Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/4 c avocado oil
  • 1 T dill
  • 1 T parsley
  • 1 T onion powder
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 1 t salt

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, combine avocado oil, dill, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.  Mix well.
  2.  Place chicken in large Ziploc bag.  Add oil/seasonings mixture.  Seal bag and shake to coat well.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight
  4. Heat the grill to medium high. Grill the chicken for 5 minutes, flip and grill for an additional 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160.
  5. Serve with your favorite vegetable side dishes.
