Return Within 30 Days of Purchase
We offer a 100% money back guarantee for supplements that are returned within 30 days from purchase, even if the item has been opened or used. We will refund the cost of the product and taxes. Shipping expenses are not refundable.
Return Within 31 Days to 6 Months of Purchase
If you would like to return the supplements that were purchased between 31 days and 6 months, we will refund the cost of the product minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping expenses are not refundable. In order to qualify for the refund in this category the product must be unopened and in re-sellable condition (new, and undamaged).
Return After 6 Months of Purchase
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns or process any refunds for supplements that were purchased more than 6 months ago.
If your order qualifies for a return, you can simply return to sender. We recommend that you package the contents well so it is not damaged during shipping, and use a return shipping service that can provide you with a tracking number, as 3X can not be responsible for lost packages en route to us.
